We were fortunate that we had Paula Ryan as the agent who both listed and helped us sell our condo on the Waterway in Little River, and also found our dream oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove. Paula helped us in so many ways in the sale of our Little River condo, not only helping us price it properly, but also effective marketing and even assisted us in "staging" it. When a buyer made an offer, Paula made sure everything was done properly and walked us through the contract and closing process. On the way back home from our vacation in Myrtle Beach, we stopped by to see our friends in their new home.
